Main Functions

(Edit Publish, Preview, Delete, Log Out)

Edit Your Site 

Click the Internal Name of your site. The Site Editor will open to the Home Page for your site. 

Publish Your Site 

Although you can Preview your site at any time to see how it will appear in a browser, it must be Published in order to be viewed by the outside world.  Locate the site you wish to publish and click the Publish link.  The most recent working copy of the site will be published and will replace the previously published copy.

Unpublish Your Site 

The Unpublish link appears only after you have published your site.  Locate the site you wish to unpublish and click the Unpublish link.  The published copy of your site (www.yoursitename.com) will no longer be available for public viewing. However, you will still be able to modify and publish the working copy.

Revert 

The Revert link appears if you have made changes to, but have not published, the working copy of your site.   Locate the site you wish to publish and click the Revert link.  The most recent working copy of the site will be published and will replace the previously published copy.

Preview Your Site 

To preview the working copy of your site, click the Edited date link.  To view the published version of your site click the External Site Name, or the  Published date link.  Your site will be displayed in a new browser window.

Delete Your Site

(CAUTION:  When you delete a site, both the working copy AND the published copy will be deleted!)

Click the Delete link for the site you wish to delete.  A message box will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the site.  Click OK if you wish to delete the site, click Cancel if you do not wish to delete the site.

Log Out

Click Logout.  Both the Control Panel and the browser window will close.
