Create a link to Mapquest.com that will display both directions to, and a map of an address that you specify.  Enter location information into the fields, then click OK.

State (If Not Applicable, enter None)

Country and Zip Code (required only if the  address is outside of the United States.)

Initial Zoom Level (Initial zoom level of map)
