Page Master

From the Style tab on the Tree List Panel 

 

Create a Page Master

Click  , then select .  An entry named "New Page Master" will appear within the Page Masters folder (as well as in the tree list text field), and the Edit Page Master tab will be displayed in the Work Area.

 
Rename a Page Master

Select the page master you wish to rename.  The Page Master name will appear in the tree list text field.  Type in the name of the new Page Master, then click Submit or press Enter.

 

Clone a Page Master

Select the Page Master you wish to clone, then click Clone .  A copy (clone) of the page master will be created immediately after the selected Page Master, and the original Page Master name will appear in the tree list text field.  Type in the new Page Master name then click Submit  or press Enter.

 

Delete a Page Master

Select the Page Master you wish to delete, then click Delete .  A confirmation message box will pop up asking you to confirm whether you wish to delete the Page Master.  If you wish to delete the Page Master, click OK otherwise, click Cancel.

 

NOTE:  As Page Masters can be linked to other pages and Page Masters throughout the site, a Page Master can only be deleted if it is not in use anywhere else in the site.  If you attempt to delete a page master when it is in use, an error message box will pop up.  

 

Check the Usage Tab for the page master view a listing with links to all the pages and page masters to which it is linked.
